We accept online card payments and direct eft transactions.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, email us on info@silvercloud.co.za with your specific size requirements. The max. width (top to bottom) is 1.2m, the max. length (left to right) is 10m. We do also offer other larger set sizes.
What materials are used in the rugs?
Our standard collection of rugs are made from 100% Virgin Grade PVC. We also offer an 'Odd Batch' collection, which is made of recycled material, harnessed from post-industrial waste.
What are the delivery terms?
In-stock items will be delivered within 5-7 days. Pre-order & custom items delivered within 7-14 working days.
How do I clean and maintain my rug?
Just shake or hose off with water & mild detergent. Since moisture is not absorbed by the rug, your rug will dry off quickly in the sun.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you feel your item has not lived up to the quality promise or produced to the agreed requirement, you may request to return your order for a full refund or replacement. See Return Policy on check out page for more details.
Do offer a warranty of the products?
Yes, all our rugs come with a 3-year warranty colour fade and 1 year against sun damage.
Whare are the most suitable applications?
Use your rug on your Patio, Living Room, Deck or Balcony. Also suitable to be used next to pool, camping, picnic or beach rug.
