If you feel your item have not lived up to the quality promise or produced to agreed requirement, you may request to return your order for a full refund or replacement.

Reasons that qualify product returns and full refund:

• Product(s) not as advertised on this site. This includes not the same material, size or functionality as per product description advertised. Please note, due to different quality screen resolutions, the actual colour of the product may differ to the visual on your screen. Colour variations are not covered by a return and refund policy.
• Damaged goods – should your product be delivered in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately of receiving your goods for full refund or order/invoice value.
• If there is a fault with your product or order, please return the product within 28 days.
  • If you have notified us within 5 days of delivery you may be entitled to either a full refund or replacement product.
  • If you notify us between 5 days to 28 days you will only be entitled to a replacement product.

Refund Procedure

• The refund will be transferred to a South African bank account of your choice within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Please note: The cost to return goods are for your account until we have inspected the return goods and authorised the return. Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded in full, which includes the original invoice value plus the value of your return cost. (Copy of all receipts are required).
